Anyone may enquire. Membership is how we work with you over time, if the desk agrees, not a catalog signup. Pay per service is available if you prefer not to retain. Below is how each option is typically structured.
For private clients
Private Membership
A personal concierge relationship for you and your family, built around a single named contact.
Your contact learns how you travel, keeps a running file of your preferences and takes requests as they come, by phone, message or email, rather than through a form. Nothing is queued behind other clients.

We operate under your name and presentation, so your clients experience your brand throughout, while NOIRE7 handles delivery quietly in the background. Scope is agreed together for the audience and services involved. It is not sold off a shelf.

An initial conversation
We talk through how you travel and what a named contact would actually need to handle for you.
A monthly retainer
Membership runs on a one month minimum term, or a three month trial to start. Prefer no retainer at all? We also work pay per service.
Costs quoted separately
The retainer covers priority access to your contact. Travel, stays and experiences are always quoted and agreed individually before anything is booked.
Binding once confirmed
Membership cannot be paused or cancelled mid term, and payments are non refundable. We set this out plainly before you commit to anything.

Questions specific to membership.
Is there a minimum term?
Membership has a one month minimum, or a three month trial for clients who want to test the relationship first. If you'd rather not commit to membership at all, we also work on a pay per service basis, with no ongoing retainer.
Can membership be paused or cancelled?
No. Membership cannot be paused or cancelled mid term, and payments are non refundable.
What's included in the retainer versus quoted separately?
The retainer covers having a named contact on priority standby. Any actual travel, stay, charter or experience is quoted and confirmed with you individually, on top of the retainer.
How does onboarding work?
We start with a conversation about how you travel and what matters to you, then build that into a working file your contact uses for every future request.
How is this different from a one off request?
Pay per service is a single arrangement, handled once, with no ongoing retainer. Membership means a named contact who already knows your file and stays with it over time. White Label is the separate option built for companies rather than individual clients.
