Noire7 Concierge (“we”, “us”) is the lifestyle and membership desk of the Noire7 group, based in Switzerland. This page explains how we process personal data from visitors to noire7concierge.com and people who send an enquiry.

Processing is carried out in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG) and, where applicable, the EU / UK GDPR.

2. What we collect

We collect only what is reasonably needed to run the site and respond to you:

• Identity and contact details you submit in an enquiry (name, email, phone, message)
• Technical data needed to operate the site (IP address, browser type, server logs)
• A preference cookie if you allow analytics (see Cookies below)

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising profiles or cross-site tracking.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries and operate membership or pay-per-service arrangements
• To keep the website secure and working
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and forms are used — only if you allow analytics
• To meet legal obligations that apply to us

4. Cookies & analytics

One cookie remembers whether you allowed or declined optional analytics. If you allow it, we load first-party analytics (Plausible) that records anonymised page and form activity — not your precise location and not cross-site advertising profiles. You can decline; the site still works.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only where needed: with authorised Noire7 personnel, with service providers under confidentiality (hosting, email, form handling), or where law requires disclosure. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention & security

Enquiry and membership records are kept only as long as needed to handle the matter, meet legal duties and protect our legal position. We use proportionate technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

7. Your rights
