These Terms govern access to noire7concierge.com and describe, in outline, how enquiries and membership with Noire7 Concierge work. Visiting this website does not create a client relationship, engagement letter or mandate.
Noire7 Concierge is a lifestyle and membership desk within the Noire7 group. It is an ordinary service business — not a bank, multi-family office, asset manager or investment adviser, and it does not hold client assets or give investment advice.
1. Enquiries
Anyone may enquire. Membership and ongoing retainers are by desk approval, not a catalog signup. We may decline any request without stating a reason.
2. Membership & engagement
Where membership is offered, it is typically structured as follows (full detail is agreed in writing before you commit):
- Membership runs on a one-month minimum term, or a three-month trial to start. Pay-per-service is available if you prefer not to retain.
- The retainer covers priority access to a named contact. Travel, stays and experiences are quoted and agreed individually before anything is booked.
- Membership cannot be paused or cancelled mid-term, and payments are non-refundable, as set out plainly before you commit.
