Peak weeks (Basel fair, ski season, August lakes) need early honesty about availability. We say what we can hold and what we cannot.

Do you publish a villa catalogue?
No. Inventory is arranged per request. Off-market and relationship stock is not listed publicly.
Can you take over a stay already half-booked?
Often yes — we review what is already confirmed and close the gaps without breaking what works.
